The “Wonder Year”

Fifth grade is a great year in your child’s life. They tend to be a bit more independent, mature, and relaxed. Many child specialists believe that age 10 is also the “golden end of childhood.” Your child has gained so many skills over the past nine years, and at this time in their life, they want to use those skills to shine!

I am a project based teacher. We will be working on many projects throughout the year and most likely more than one at a time. Your child will learn how to balance and manage their time, stay organized, and utilize school hours to alleviate any extra homework.

This web page is a work in progress.  There are spots where you can leave comments under different posts and pages. All you need is your name. All comments come to my email for approval or denial before they post.  I have also included links to other sites as well as homework helping sites.  As always, please feel free to contact me via email @ [email protected]
